Senior Planning Engineer

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting activities across major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate baseline program, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor weekly/monthly progress and verify actual site productivity.
- Review updated schedules, recovery strategies, and EOT claims.
- Perform detailed delay analysis.
- Prepare monthly progress reports for clients.
- Provide early-warning notifications and mitigation strategies.
- Participate in site meetings, schedule reviews, and look-ahead plans.
- Review monthly progress claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract and industry standards.
- Support Project Manager in milestone tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in planning and project management.
- Consultant experience is mandatory.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- UAE project experience preferred.
